DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Vidalia is located 90 miles from Macon, and 90 miles from Savannah, and is 170 miles East of Atlanta.

From I-16:

There are 3 exits that will bring you into Vidalia: Exit 90, 84, and 67.

• Follow I-16 West to Exit 90 (US Highway 1 -- Lyons/Swainsboro)
  Turn at the bottom of the exit ramp onto US Highway 1 South.
  Follow US 1 South for approximately 15 miles, and cross over the railroad tracks in Lyons, GA.
  Turn right onto Highway 280 West, two blocks past the railroad tracks that you cross.
  Follow Highway 280 into Vidalia (approximately 3 miles) and you will find most of the hotels on the left within just a few miles.
  
• I-16 Exit 84 (Vidalia Hwy 297)
  At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn onto Highway 297 South and follow it all the way into downtown Vidalia. Once you cross the railroad tracks in downtown Vidalia, the road will become Church Street. At the stoplight, turn left onto Highway 280 East to go to Lyons, Santa Claus and US Highway 1. Turn right onto Highway 280 West to go to Montgomery County, Higgston, Ailey and Mount Vernon.
  
• I-16 Exit 67 (Soperton-Vidalia, Hwy 29)
  At the top of the exit ramp, turn onto Highway 29 South. Follow Highway 29 through Tarrytown and Higgston, to the blinking stop light at McCord's Gun & Ammo (gas station). Turn left onto Highway 280 East to go to Vidalia, Lyons, Santa Claus and US Highway 1. Turn right onto Highway 280 West to go to Montgomery County, Higgston, Ailey and Mount Vernon.
  
  

From US 1 North:

Follow US 1 North into Lyons. Turn left at the stop light intersection of Highway 280 West and US 1. (BP gas station on the corner.) Follow Hwy 280 West to go to Montgomery County, Higgston, Ailey and Mount Vernon.

From US 1 South:

Follow US 1 South into Lyons, cross the railroad tracks, turn right at the stop light intersection of Highway 280 West and US 1 (BP gas station on the corner)

From Highway 221:

Follow Hwy 221 into Uvalda. Follow Hwy 135 to Hwy 130, which becomes Adams Street in downtown Vidalia. Turn right onto Hwy 280 East Highway 280 East to go to Vidalia, Lyons, Santa Claus and US Highway 1. Turn left onto Highway 280 West to go to Montgomery County, Higgston, Ailey and Mount Vernon.

From Highway 15:

Follow Hwy 15 into Soperton. Turn right at the 2nd stop light in Soperton, crossing the railroad tracks. Turn left onto Highway 29. (Hwy 15) Follow Hwy 15/29 through Tarrytown and Higgston, to the blinking stop light at McCord's Gun & Ammo (gas station). Turn left onto Highway 280 East to go to Vidalia, Lyons, Santa Claus and US Highway 1. Turn right onto Highway 280 West to go to Montgomery County, Higgston, Ailey and Mount Vernon.
